During the EAN 2022 Congress, Prof. Didier Leys, Editor-in-Chief of the European Jounal of Neurology, had the chance to talk to the winner of the first EJoN Award, Dr. Jonathan Coutinho from Amsterdam Medical Center. In a three-stage selection process, Dr. Coutinho’s paper, ‘Post-SARS-CoV-2-vaccination cerebral venous sinus thrombosis: an analysis of cases notified to the European Medicines Agency‘, was chosen from among 2000 articles published in 2021 by the journal’s editorial board and the EAN Scientific Committee.
