European Huntingston’s Disease Network Plenary Network 2018

Every second year EHDN hosts one of the world’s largest conferences dedicated solely to Huntington’s disease. Once again, the EHDN Plenary Meeting is held in conjunction with the 17th EHA Meeting.
Topics presented during the EHDN Plenary Meeting will contain reports on recent advances in HD research (in both basic and clinical sciences).

16th PAUNS congress (Pan-Arab Union of Neurological Societies)

This combined 16th PAUNS congress is organised simultaneously together with the 8th International congress of the Jordanian Neurological Society and the 6th Congress of the Jordanian Chapter od Epilepsy.
The programme will contain challenging and timely topics on neuroradiology, multiple sclerosis, pediatric, movement disorders, dementia, epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular disorders and infectious diseases.

Basic & Advanced Neuromuscular Ultrasound Course

The aim of this course is learning of the normal neuromuscular ultrasound anatomy of the upper and lower extremities and obtaining basic practical skills on neuromuscular ultrasound.

- Hands on training in the median nerve

8th Annual Brain Metastases Research and Emerging Therapy Conference
September 21st – 22nd 2018, Marseille, France
This initiative brings the multidisciplinary approach needed to develop Brain Metastases projects across several tumor types and disciplines such as breast cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, imaging, radiation oncology, pathology and molecular. It is expected that this cross-sectional meeting will stimulate innovative and insightful research in a collaborative environment and improve the standard of care and methodology of clinical research. For this 8th edition, a special session will be dedicated to challenges in precision medicine and potential of liquid biopsies in CNS Metastases. Highlighted topics will also cover the increasing place of combined treatment in the era of targeted therapies and controversies in therapeutic management of BM. One of the objectives of this edition will be to describe the clinical problem, identify the critical points of therapeutic failure and summarize the current state of knowledge of the genetics and biology of Brain Metastases. The overarching goal of the meeting is to generate a set of research priorities that would stimulate integrated scientific and clinical investigation directed at understanding basic processes of Brain Metastases and translating such insights to clinical care.

24th Congress of the European Sleep Research Society

EXCEMED practice teaching course: In-depth MRI techniques and analysis in multiple sclerosis

The aim of this learner-centred programme is to increase knowledge and competence in the field of neuroimaging applied to MS. This programme will address the most recent updates in quantitative and qualitative MRI techniques and in advanced neuroimaging. A multistep approach will be used, encompassing web-based and live activities.
