The EAN 2025 Opening Session took place in the Main Auditorium of the Messukeskus, Helsinki, on Saturday night, with the whole show streamed live on the EAN Congress website.
EAN President, Elena Moro, officially launched the congress with an enthusiastic welcome and a close look at the current state of the EAN and its many projects, aided by Residents & Research Fellows Section Chair, Alice Accorroni, before Programme Committee Chair, Irena Rektorová introduced Opening Speaker John Hardy for a fascinating and engaging lecture on Neurodegeneration. From genetics to pathogenesis to the beginning of mechanistic therapies.
