The 11th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology took place in Helsinki, Finland, from 21 to 24 June 2025 – four days filled with cutting-edge research, inspiring education, lively discussions, innovation from industry, and vibrant networking in a compact and modern venue, set in a welcoming city that once again felt like the home of neurology.
This year’s congress continued to build on the momentum of previous years, reflecting the strength and unity of our growing European neurology community. With the overarching theme ‘Neurology within Society’, EAN 2025 placed special emphasis on the role of neurologists in shaping public health, policy, and awareness – with countless thought-provoking sessions and memorable moments throughout the programme.
