The 11th BALCONE will be held this year in Riga, Latvia, and it will feature an extensive scientific program with plenary lectures, oral presentations, teaching courses, and poster sessions, covering a wide spectrum of scientific and practical issues in contemporary neurology.. This is an excellent opportunity to share ideas, gain new insights, and reconnect with old friends while making new ones. The BALCONE congresses have been held every three years since 1994 and have evolved into not just a regional but also an international forum for professional neurologists.
