The 8th edition of Challenges for women in Neurology took place in Vienna during EAN 2022. Prof. Elena Moro and Dr. Antonella Macerollo participants to this networking event, which has been a regular feature since the first EAN Congress in 2015.

This Special Timezone Session was organised in co-operation with the African Academy of Neurology with the aim of highlighting efforts to improve accessibility to care for people with neurological diseases in Africa.

Publication of European Training Requirements for Neurology – Update 2021
June 24, 2022The ETRN (European Training Requirements for Neurology) have been updated with the input of the European Union of Medical Specialists – Section of Neurology (UEMS-SN) and the European Academy of Neurology (EAN), including its Scientific Panels, and the support of education experts across Europe, as well as the patients’ representatives - European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA). -
