With 2022 named European Year of Youth by the European Commission, the EAN President Elect takes a look at all the initiatives EAN offers to support young neurologists

The European Academy of Neurology launched the first of its new National Neurological Society Forum meetings on Wednesday, December 15. Representatives from more than 40 societies which are EAN institutional members joined the meeting to get a glimpse of EAN’s progress in advocating for neurology and brain health on the European level.

On 31 July, 2021, a programme of highlights from the EAN 2021 Virtual Conress was held online especially to give Chinese neurolgists a taste of Europe's largest neurology meeting.

Our beloved EAN colleague Eveline Sipido has been closely involved in organised neurology for the past few decades. This conversation was an opportunity to delve into her memories of the development of the EAN and its forerunners.
