Decision-making processes of tracheostomy-assisted ventilation in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

Health research in Europe needs and inclusive and long term policy to achieve better health and wellbeing of citizens and to create societal and economic value for Europe.

The award was introduced by Dystonia Europe in 2003 and is presented every two years to stimulate research on dystonia, especially by young scientists in Europe.

The Norwegian Brain Council, established in 2007, was one of the first of its kind in Europe. The initiative for it came from key members of the Norwegian Neurological Association, and today the council is seen as a key contributor to the Norwegian health system.
