This webinar focuses on the diagnosis and management of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA), including the application of updated clinical–imaging criteria and assessment of haemorrhagic risk in acute and secondary prevention settings. It will address thrombolysis in CAA, the role of cerebral microbleeds and superficial siderosis, and review therapeutic options for stroke prevention, including antithrombotic strategies and left atrial appendage occlusion, to support evidence-informed clinical decision-making:
