COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our professional lives. During the pandemic, we had limited resources and decreased educational opportunities. Fortunately, there are fewer new cases, and life is returning to normal. To better understand the impact of COVID-19 on neurology, we invite you to participate in a short survey. We want to assess differences in clinical practice, professional education and neuroeconomics between the most restricted period and after the improvement of the epidemiological situation.
The first 250 survey participants will have a chance to win free registration for the 9th Annual Congress of the European Academy of Neurology, in Budapest, 1-4 July 2023.
This invitation has been sent to all individuals who are members of EAN National Neurological Societies, asking for their personal perception of the extent to which COVID-19 restrictions had an effect on their daily neurological clinical practice, on acute neurological services, on in/out-patient services, and on neurological educational activities in their institutions. Another side to the survey is to try and get a feeling of whether these services were able to return to their pre-COVID conditions after the improvement of the epidemiological situation in their regions.
The EAN COVID-19 Taskforce would like to formulate the received responses into an article to be submitted to the European Journal of Neurology.
We kindly ask you for a few minutes of your time and invite you to fill out our survey.
They survey will be open until 22 March 2023.
