Are you an early-career neurologist looking for support in reaching your personal and professional goals? Then don’t miss the chance to apply for the EAN Mentorship Programme – the application deadline is 15 September!
“The EAN mentorship programme offered me a unique opportunity to gain strategic career advice, deepen my scientific knowledge, and connect on a personal level with an inspiring mentor”
Mentee Simone Salemme (Modena, Italy)
The programme offers a one-year mentoring experience where mentees are matched with experienced neurologists. They meet regularly to work on topics such as career planning, work–life balance, clinical or research projects, publishing, leadership skills etc. Each match is carefully reviewed and selected by the EAN Mentorship Task Force based on the mentoring need expressed in the mentee’s application.
In addition to the mentoring itself, mentees receive free registration for the EAN Congress during their mentorship year and receive a certificate of participation at the end of the programme (please read about the conditions for these benefits at Mentorship Programme – ean.org).
Key Dates:
- Now – 15 September: Application period open
- Beginning of November: Matched mentees will be informed and connected with their mentor, the mentorship year officially starts
- Mid-November: Welcome webinars for new mentees and mentors take place
