OneNeurology – is an alliance which aims to strengthen neurology-related groups to stimulate collaborative advocacy, action and accountability for the prevention treatment and management of neurological disorders worldwide. To mark World Brain Day they issued a podcast titled ‘Living with the impact of neurological disease’, with discussion of encephalitis and palliative care.
Prof. David Oliver, a Management Group member of the EAN Scientific Panel on Palliative Care and a retired Consultant in Palliative Medicine from the UK, spoke on the role of palliative care and a carer provided her insight into palliative care.
