In 2025, the European Journal of Neurology and the European Academy of Neurology launched a new benefit to reward our most productive reviewers.
Who is eligible? Any reviewer who reviewed five or more papers in a given calendar year (1 January to 31 December) is eligible. Each year the eligible reviewers will be determined as soon as possible after the end of that year.
What is the benefit? Each eligible reviewer will be entitled to one article processing charge (APC) waiver which can be used on a European Journal of Neurology paper for which they are either first or corresponding author. The waiver will need to be used within one year of receipt of the award.
