Psychedelic Research & Access in Ukraine: Building Safe, Evidence-Based Options for War-Related Mental Health Needs

This event, organised by PAREA, the MEP Action Group on Psychedelics in Healthcare, and the Ukrainian Psychedelic Research Association, will explore the potential of evidence-based psychedelic therapies to address war-related mental health challenges in Ukraine.

The conversation will cover scientific perspectives on MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD, recent policy developments in Ukraine aimed at creating a framework for psychedelic research and care, and pathways from policy to practice, including lessons from European depression clinical guidelines that could help build national capacity in Ukraine.
