The 12th Congress of the European Academy of Neurology took place in Geneva, Switzerland, on 27-30 June – a fantastic gathering of lecturers and learners, scientists and clinicians, residents and students, industry representatives and other partners, which demonstrated that the strength, enthusiasm, and brilliance of our neurological community are all growing like never before.
A record-breaking 7,724 onsite attendees joined us at the Palexpo congress centre, with a further 2,017 virtual participants watching remotely. With an all-time high number of 3,295 submitted abstracts back in February, this makes the EAN Congress 2026 a double record breaker.
You can now look back on some of the highlights of this year’s massive event, with facts, figures, photos and videos from Europe’s greatest neurology meeting packed into our EAN 2026 Congress Review.
