Since January 31st, Coronavirus has spread along all the Spanish territory; however, some regions are particularly compromised in terms of number of cases: Madrid, Catalonia, Basque Country and the two Castillian regions. Bologna has the oldest Italian University, founded in 1088, and is the town of many outstanding Italian neuroscientists. In this article, we present an overview of this year’s European Congress of Neurorehabilitation, organized in the beautiful city of Budapest between 9-12 October 2019, hosted by one of our closest partners - the European Federation of Neurorehabilitation Societies (EFNR).
