At the recent EAN Congress in Helsinki, the first Meeting of the Guideline Taskforce Chairs took place, providing an opportunity to exchange updates and information on various guideline-related issues.

Our special session on guidelines is held every year at the EAN Congress, to present the latest guidelines produced by the EAN, as well as recent developments in guideline production.

The European Academy of Neurology is pleased to announce that our Assembly of Delegates elected several new EAN Board members at the EAN Congress 2024 in Helsinki.

This symposium, held in collaboration with the European Sleep Research Society, set out to untangle the complicated relationship between sleep and neurodegenerative disorders.

This Special Session, moderated by Geert Dom, President of the European Psychiatric Association, and Antonio Suppa, a professor of neurology from Rome, was a full-house event that delved into the promising field of non-invasive therapeutic neuromodulation for Parkinson's disease and neuropsychiatric disorders.
